1. HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU?

3. I HAVE CORRECTLY PLACED AN ORDER, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN EMAIL
If you have correctly placed an order, but you haven’t received an email afterwards, please contact our customer service team to confirm that the order has gone through.
4. WHAT DOES OUT OF STOCK MEAN?
We always try to have as much stock as possible, but in some occasions a product may not be available due to a big demand increase. The restock date and availability can be seen next to the product.
5. I DON’T KNOW WHAT SIZE I SHOULD CHOOSE
Please enter the page labelled size chart.
6. CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If the product is from our collection, it can be returned within 15 days for a complete refund (except for the shipping costs). Custom products will not be returned. For more information, see terms and conditions.
7. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER FROM A COLLECTION?
Yes, you can, if it hasn’t already been shipped. Send us a message at tactic@tactic-sport.com as soon as possible to complete the cancelation process. 
8. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE PRODUCED?
Production time is 6 weeks once the final design has been confirmed.
9. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME FOR COLLECTION PRODUCTS?
The estimated delivery date can be found on the product page.
10. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
The minimum quantity is 10 for each model.
